This process adds a Lipa Rent Pole Pole payment layer to your existing rent payment account. By completing the next steps, you agree to the following:

• To make your rent payments in small amounts starting from KES 10 to a holding bank account that will be provided to you by Rentsoft.
• That any rent payments below your monthly payable will be held in the holding bank account.
• That the full rent amount will automatically be remitted to your provided landlord's rent collection account as soon as your total payments to the holding bank account reach the full rent amount.
