  • "Landlord" refers to a user who uses our Services to manage property listings and receive rent payments.

3. Services Overview

Rentsoft offers a platform that facilitates:

  • Flexible rent payment options starting from KES 100.
  • Rent payment loans with installment repayment options.
  • A mobile app for rent payments via M-Pesa, cards, or bank transfer.
  • A free property management dashboard for landlords.

Rentsoft is not a bank. Banking services, including payment transfers to landlords, are facilitated by Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), a financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya.

4. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate registration details.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Rent Payment Loans

Eligible tenants may apply for rent payment loans. Loan eligibility is subject to Rentsoft's loan policies, including repayment terms and loan limits.

7. Fees and Charges

Rentsoft may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before completing a transaction.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to third-party websites or services, such as KCB. Rentsoft is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rentsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rentsoft from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our Services.
